Method 01.

How to unlock Huawei E153 Dialog or Mobitel modem

Unlocking Huawei E153 HSDPA modem is a simple 3 step process. You can use any network once you follow these 3 steps.

1. Download the Huawei firmware update manager from here Huawei E153 Firmware updater .
2. Then plug the dongle into the computer and run the exe file. At some point in the process it will ask for the password. This is the password needed to flash the firmware and update the new firmware. 
3. You can get your password from this link. http://bb5.at/huawei.php?imei=XXX . The XXXX section shows the place where you need to insert the IMEI number of your device.  If your IMEI number (Which is mentioned inside the dongle or you can find it from your invoice also. This is a 15 digit number) is 123456789012345, 

then just paste this link http://bb5.at/huawei.php?imei=123456789012345 on your browser. Then  you will get something like this

IMEI: 123456789012345

Entsperren / Unlock: 38563052

Flashen / Flash: 61539927

Password which you need to give to the software is 61539927. This is the flashing password. 

Once you give the password, then it will update the firmware and it will automatically install the new drivers. Then you can use any SIM card with this dongle.

1st step, 

මොඩම් එකේ IMEI නම්බර් එක හොයාගන්න.. ඒක මොඩම් එකේ ගහල තියනව 15 digit number එකක්.. එක බලගන්න, notepad ekata copy karaganna ..
නැත්තං mobile partner eke Tools > Diagonastic > save to text file gihin save kara ganna..

download කරගත්තු firmware update eka Run karanna.. after some time itl ask for the Flash unlock code, enter, ur flash code.. 
this will take some time.. 
when done, 

step 3,
run the huawei modem code writer
press 1, Detect > 2, Select Com port > 3, press Unlock Modem ? Enter the code when it ask for the code
